Honestly, I have no issue with the low amount of bank wire at a time. What I DO DISPISE is that I "won" over 12k USD over 10 days ago. The "customer service team" (who is useless btw) continues to say "they need you to fill out xyz". I have asked to speak to the "they" as that seems to be the one with all the answers. I was told by A MANAGER that we cannot speak to the finance team who makes all these decisions. They had no issues taking my funds why is it an issue giving them when I win! They do not pay their winnings!!!!!!!! Please do not play.
