I've had a good time playing here, but my recent withdrawal request has left me frustrated. I was told it would take 3 to 5 business days, but today marks the 10th day since I made the request. When I check in, they claim they're overwhelmed with requests and can't give me a specific timeline for when I'll get my funds. Initially, they said 3-5 days, but now they're saying it takes 5 days after the request and an additional 5 days to actually receive it. Unfortunately, I won't be playing here again. It’s clear they change their rules as they go, which is disappointing.UPDATE*** After 14 days of waiting for my 495 withdraw, one excuse after another including they are short staffed, they are updating their payment system. Now, today I log in again to check the status and my withdraw had disappeared and 195 was put back in my casino account. I quickly requested the 195 and called support to see what happened to the other 300 there showed no record for and I was told they don't have answers and everything has been escalated and they will get back to me. BEWARE!!! This is a big rip off casino!
