I was really hoping this company was going to be legit. I have sunk a lot of money into the site. I did all the verifications they asked me to do. Some of them multiple times. And I won a large sum of money once I went through a whole boatload of playthrough money. So I went to withdraw 2500 bucks (out of a possible 4k+ I had sitting in my account free and clear). That process was started on 2/21. I was told up to 5 business days for approval of withdrawal and then 5-10 days to receive via wire transfer into my account. I got the approval on day 5 of course. And then waited, and waited for the deposit into my account. So now it is well past the time limits and I just keep getting run around answers like, something they are either working on or trying to reiterate it "takes time," and yet, I have seen other reviews post they got their money within 3-5 days. I am completely beside myself. I was put on disability for a month or so and worried about money (bc you don't get crap for that) and figured oh, hey, I'll be okay bc I'm getting $2500 any day now from betwhale. Am I never going to see this money? I'm so sick of getting the run around. Save yourself the headache and use a US based company. It's sad, too, bc I do like a lot of other things about it and I like a lot of the games. And I felt like I could actually win. And I did. I paid the enormous playthrough amount and somehow came out on top and I still have nothing to show for it. So my review is to stay away from this site. You will not get paid and if you do, please tell me what the trick is bc I would really like my money!
