I’m not sure where to even start. Did a deposit of 250 made it thought he rollover. I currently still have a pending withdrawal for 1500 and no one will help said their policies have changed and they still have approved my payout it’s been 10 days. Only message I received was as that it’s a high payout and I may have to get it in small increments which is insane to me. I do not feel safe with my funds and the timeframe of which is has taken me to get paid is already over a week. I have the feeling I may not get paid at all. If I could post all the screenshots from the emails and customer service chats in here I would. Go somewhere else where you will get your winnings they are a scam. To this day on day 10 since request I have not got 1 dollar and they will not let me talk to a supervisor or manager because it’s a different department that players are not allowed to talk to.
