I have been trying to withdraw my balance of ₦76k+ for the past 24 hours. My account is fully verified, and I have met all wagering requirements, including a recent ₦16k+ promo which required an ₦8k deposit and wagering at 1.1+ odds. I fulfilled every condition and won, yet I am being blocked from my funds.
Every attempt via OPay (which I’ve used successfully before) results in "Declined by Operator." Now, the OPay option has been completely removed from my withdrawal list. Attempts via Kuda (Paystack) are also being declined without reason.
I have emailed security with my deposit receipts (ID: 1550187349) but have received no reply. If this isn't resolved today, my next step is a formal complaint to the LSLGA and FCCPC. Please process my withdrawal.
