I ordered a Christmas gift on December 2nd, and it hasn’t arrived. The provided phone number doesn’t connect, and I’ve had no response from customer service except a vague promise to check the warehouse. It’s December 19th now, and I’m assuming it won’t show up. Very disappointing experience.
