Placed order on 18/10/2022. Received all but the one stool/table on 27/10/2022. Sent an email saying that I have not received this item. A employee then sends email saying it will be another 4-6 weeks. I hear absolutely nothing from Beut. I send email on 24/11/2022 asking about my item as I have had no response & this time the employee says that the item will still arrive on 23/01/2023 and wants to know if I wish to wait of want my money back. This is an absolute insult, cheek & unprofessional to do this after 7 weeks of placing order.I then ordered some stools which were meant to be delivered today but when I go into Tracking it says they have my order but not my parcel Absolute joke. How can people like this still be in business??
