I had a quote by Money Supermarket ( Martin Lewis) for £209 (ending in 1160) for a year. I was directed to the web site and it stated £257.83. I was wondering if this company was a SCAM insurance site. I have sent them a e-mail to explain this problem.
I will phone them on Monday but concerned about this and if I need to claim any time. I did obtained a cheaper quote from the same group via Money supermarket ( Martin Lewis) same insurance group £205 but could not enter the site {ending in2391 }as the site was down. I also had issues trying to find a customer e-mail and e-mailed the pressoffice because I had no way to contact . Have you had a problem like this?
Hello Chris,thank you for your reply. I was shocked by the performance of your web site and (Scam) situation. I went with a second insurance group
1; The price was the same as the Moneysupermarket price. 2 The web site was clear and provided a new customer with confidence 3; I am concerned by the lack of care and attention of your web site. More so if I wished to make a claim one day.4 ;It is no point being in this club if you cannot sort this out.
