I ordered a bracelet set with names Jim & Patty. I received an email stating my order was delivered on December 29, 2025, but I have yet to receive anything. The post office advised that a tracking number could help locate my order. I provided my order number as requested, but haven't heard back. I'm very frustrated with the service, and it’s impossible to reach anyone by phone due to constant busy signals.
