I ordered a bracelet set with names Jim & Patty. I received an email stating my order was delivered on December 29, 2025, but I still have not received anything. The post office suggested that a tracking number would assist in locating my order. I provided my order number as requested, but have not received any follow-up. I am quite disappointed with the service, and reaching someone by phone has proven impossible due to constant busy signals.
