This is the second time I'm complaining to this company about the same order. The 1st time, I said the package had been returned to the seller, and they focused on that point to request the deletion of my post. Well, the purchase was made on January 25th, and the promised delivery date was January 30th. Twice, UPS informed me that the package was delayed, and that was it. So the package didn't return to the seller, nor was it delivered to me, and the delay is now over 10 days. I sent an email to BP Peptides demanding a position from the company on February 6th, and I haven't received any response. I understand that the seller is responsible for the delivery and meeting deadlines, since it was BP Peptides that contracted UPS. I have emails proving what I'm saying. UPS Tracking number 1ZKE20836838301809. I feel disrespected by the company's lack of response; they claim to be serious but have proven incapable of completing an order or giving me a feedback.
