I always knew I had some form of ADHD, but as a 52-year-old man, it never felt like a problem. Growing up, it wasn't recognized, and I just found my way. Life was good, even if I was a bit different. However, in my 50s, things started to go wrong—I developed some issues, and work began to suffer. I reached out for help and was diagnosed with combined ADHD.
