My fiancé has been with beyond for since last year getting a diagnosis for ADHD after spending years trying to get this on the NHS.From our first calls with Beyond, we spoke to Layla who was so helpful and always answered our questions and helped us get started on the process.My fiancé, his mum and I first met with Morgan who from the second we met him made us all extremely calm. As we spent time with Morgan we all felt listened to and more importantly my fiancé felt understood for the first time.After the diagnose my fiancé has been under Heathers care. Heather has been so helpful and caring throughout the process.The whole diagnosis process was very thorough and involved multiple electronic test, questionnaires, an appointment with a psychiatric nurse who did an assessment and approximately 2.5hours with Morgan the psychiatrist. We felt incredibly comfortable throughout and any and all questions were answered throughly.As a health care professional, my fiances mum commented that diagnosis process was very patient centred and Morgan had a real gift at making us comfortable. The process followed national evidence based guidelines which was very reassuring and Beyond were flexible when it came to the shared care agreement with our GP, or taking time to modify processes to ensure the shared care agreement was in line with our local health board guidelines.The journey to find the most appropriate treatment for my fiance took longer than expected due to a trial of a few different medications. Beyond showed again a patient centred approach providing the additional support that was required to get the perfect treatment schedule at no extra cost.The pharmacy Beyond use Acre is also an incredible service. Medication was ordered with Heather and at our door within 48 hours. We received a text the day before to advise it had been shipped and another on the day to advise when it would arrive. This helps during the trial period as we did not have to even think about the medication, when it would arrive or running out of medication.On a personal note, our lives have changed significantly for the better since encountering Beyond and we are so thankful for the genuine compassionate Beyond team, their professionalism, the friendliness of the reception team always open to chat and encourage and for Morgan the psychiatrist for his outstanding patient care.Thank youThe company name Beyond is perfect as in our experience the Beyond team did exactly that, gave medical and pharmaceutical care above and Beyond what we expected.I would highly recommend Beyond and their service and care.
