I have had the opportunity to work with Jake as my trainer and everything has been very much on point for body recomposition. I started the regiment out with a reverse diet to build muscle mass and now I have started on my caloric deficit phase to cut any fat. I have been super excited with the progress and I’m looking forward to serious results to come in the not too far out future. Overall, the coaching has been very encouraging, and the structure of the program is extremely straightforward and educational.
