I ordered two items and have mixed feelings: 1. A jacket: the product is great but didn’t meet my needs, so I returned it. Delivery went smoothly. 2. Waistpack: also a good product, but it was too large for me. The delivery experience was poor due to logistical errors. The most frustrating part is that I returned the waistpack 2.5 months ago but haven’t received my refund. When I contacted customer support about the return, they said the delivery service was slow and hadn’t yet received the package. This might be true, but the jacket’s delivery was quick and efficient. In summary: the products are excellent, but be cautious about refunds; they may not occur.
