I ordered two items and my opinions are quite mixed:
1. A jacket: the product is fantastic, but it didn't meet my needs, so I returned it. Delivery was flawless.
2. A waistpack: also a great product, but it was too large for what I needed. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was poor due to logistics issues. The most frustrating part is that I returned the waistpack 2.5 months ago and still haven't received my refund. When I reached out to the support team regarding the waistpack return, they mentioned that the delivery service was slow and they hadn't received the parcel yet. While that may be accurate, it was not the case with the jacket, which had a smooth and quick delivery. In conclusion, the products are excellent, but I’m cautious about refunds; they may not be processed.
