Shame you can't leave a big fat zero!Ordered an "Estee Lauder" face cream for my wife and waited nearly 3 weeks for the parcel to arrive only to realise that it was a fake. The tub looked similar (not the same) and it was not sealed either (All Estee Lauder creams are sealed for health and security reasons). I proceed to return the product as instructed by their return policy website and send it by track and tracing Royal Mail service. Got a message to say that the address provided could not be fund and therefore my parcel would be returned to me.Emailed BeZoek and they offered me a partial refund of 75% and told me to keep the product....Moral of the story: Beware of what you buy from Thailand, the land of the fake and copies! I will never buy another thing that comes from there!
