As a former employee, I would like to share feedback for potential candidates considering employment at this company.
The hiring process is smooth and professional. Unfortunately, that is where professionalism ends. In my opinion, everything that follows — including training, onboarding, daily operations, and even the exit process and final day — is marked by incompetence, arrogance, poor organization, and, at times, behavior that I found unethical.
Having previously worked exclusively for US, UK, and Western European companies, I have a solid benchmark for professional standards and corporate practices. From my perspective, In comparison, this workplace demonstrates a complete lack of clear performance metrics, structured reporting, and defined expectations regarding work progress and results. There are no consistent evaluations or documented feedback outlining strengths, weaknesses, or development areas. Assessments appear to rely largely on subjective managerial opinion, which undermines productivity and prevents functional teamwork.
There is also a striking absence of professional communication culture, particularly from management. Rude, dismissive, and overly familiar communication toward employees occurs without consequence. In companies I worked before, such conduct would be considered unacceptable and subject to disciplinary action.
Cherry on top: the exit process. I personally encountered multiple issues concerning working hours, compensation and equipment provision that, in my view, were inconsistent with my expectations under the agreement. These problems seemed to reflect organizational shortcomings (the incompetence of every single department handling the termination process is so extreme that it’s hard to describe it in any other way than shocking) and, from my perspective, raised questions about how cross-jurisdictional arrangements might affect employees’ ability to address disputes.
If you have experience working in Western companies and are looking for a thriving environment with strong corporate culture, clear values, and real career opportunities, you should think carefully before considering this workplace. The contrast can be genuinely shocking, and many professionals would likely find it appalling. In my opinion, what you encounter instead is a business approach that falls far short of internationally recognized professional standards, resembling what I would describe as an “Eastern Slavic” management style.
