We were really excited when we found this brand of shoe for our daughter. Although they are still quite expensive, in terms of barefoot shoe they were more affordable. Her first pair of shoes were great, she outgrew them before they even looked worn. As a result we brought two more pairs and we have had poor experiences with both. The front of one pair of trainers flaked off, so although they weren't more than a couple of months old they looked terrible. We also bought a pair of all weather trainers and within 10 weeks the stitching had come away totally on both toe boxes. The customer service response was really disappointing and we were advised to get them repaired at a cobblers. This turned out to be impossible as after trips to several stores we were consistently told that they are too small to fit on their equipment. After this experience of spending almost £100 on shoes that are now useless to us I will never buy or recommend this brand again.
