If there was an option of minus or zero star I would have given that, they don’t deserve 1 star. The staff are fraudsters while trying to pay to upgrade my membership I had problem in paying contacted one of their agents through live chat who promised to help by sending the link through email when I tried to pay by clicking the link they tried to take more money then agreed or offered from my account and luckily my bank fraud department immediately picked it as a fraudulent link and asked me confirm when I mentioned that it’s not the amount I had authorised they immediately alerted me to the fact that it’s looks like a fraudulent link and I should stop the payment and cancel my card. After following my bank advice I contacted Bharat Matriomony but every time they responded by giving me fresh offer and when I asked the agent why they are taking more money then authorised he stopped chatting. Next day when I again insisted through live chat that I need to speak to someone senior someone called Prem Kumar called again giving me different offers plus making silly excuses. From last three days he has promised to look into it and get back in 10 minutes but have not done so far. Last time he said he needs to speak to the finance team to find out more as he didn’t have access to the link which was shared by his colleague and my question to him was if it’s a genuine link how did it disappeared once I asked why his colleague was trying to take more money. It’s more than 48 hours but news so far. Yesterday I had sent a mail to the CEO requesting to look into this, but no response they want proof but I told all their chat and calls are recorded so why can’t they go through my chat history and call records . I have been a paid member for my daughter’s profile in the past as well and never had an issue but as a paid member and who is trying to renew her membership expecting this minimum courtesy is not asking for too much. They think they can easily swindle who are living outside India. So request to all the people who uses their service be very very careful. My question to them I bank with a well known International bank why would they unnecessarily warn me of fraud unless it’s genuine and in the past never faced anything like this. Finally following my bank advice I cancelled my card and block them from taking money.
