Never received a policy to review; they never pick up the phone; when I called to cancel after I sold my car, I couldn't reach them except by e-mail. I am glad I wasn't stranded somewhere with a broken down car! I still have not received a refund. I only had the coverage for 3 months and no claims. They are holding $1500 of my money.
