I have bought several items, including six sheet sets, a doona cover, towels, and clothing. The delivery has always been impressively quick. I placed an order for a sheet set on Thursday, and it arrived today, Monday, even in rural Victoria! The only items still pending are some sheet sets for my daughter, which we were informed would not be available until mid-January at the time of ordering. This was clearly communicated. I have had no problems with the quality of my purchases; everything has been excellent. I appreciate that the items are pre-washed, so I don't have to launder the bedding before using it. Additionally, I feel good about supporting a family-run business that uses organic natural fabrics.
