I ordered a pair of shoes from the company in July 2025 and returned them promptly within a week using the return label they provided. I confirmed the delivery through USPS, but I never received my refund or any acknowledgment of the return. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times over several months, the only response I got was an automated email stating that a representative would reply to me within 48-72 hours. It has been a long wait without any follow-up to my inquiries. I'm really disappointed with the lack of customer service. I had hoped to support a small business by purchasing directly, but I regret that choice. I cannot recommend this service.
