I placed an order on Biaxol.com worth €490, and the website clearly stated that delivery would take between 3-7 days. It has now been an entire month, and my package is still missing. After contacting the local postal service, I was instructed to reach out directly to Biaxol, as that's where the order was placed.Getting in touch with Biaxol has been extremely frustrating. Every interaction takes hours, whether through emails or their live chat service. Responses are rare, delayed, and consistently unhelpful. Each time I finally receive a reply, they redirect me back to the postal service, even though I've already confirmed the issue must be resolved by Biaxol directly.I've attempted countless times to get proper assistance, but it's nearly impossible to get through to anyone who can actually resolve the issue. I'm leaving this review as a final attempt to either receive a refund or have my package delivered. The customer support experience has been truly disappointing and exhausting.
