Highly recommend Bibby’s, I recently moved to Bibby’s from another company who I was with for 4 years. I was asked to write a review when the handover was completed in December. I felt that it was too soon to write a review until now. First of all, I would like to thank Martin for making the handover as smooth as possible. I thought he was great to work with and completed the handover smoothly without any of my clients being hassled. Since I joined Bibby’s in December, I had three points of contact. Becca, Katie and Tom. In a small space in time I have built up a great relationship with them and trust them 100%. Tom is pretty new to the company I think he started at the same time as I joined. He chases by debts, confirms applications and looks after my account under the supervision of Katie and Becca He’s been great. I’ve never had a complaint from quantity surveyors/ accounts when they have called to confirm invoices or applications. They are helping me do the credit control. Something which the last Factoring company never did. Three months ago, I found out my 5-year-old Daughter had a Tumor on her Kidney. This sent my world upside down. When I spoke with the team the response from the team was heart-warming. They offered so much help and support throughout the last three months with credit control, offering to put apps on for me that I had sent to clients. They would call me while in hospital to let me know what the availability for draw downs would be and would also draw down money at their end. There is much more I could add to this but would be up all-night writing. All I can say is that I’m 100% happy with my team and without their support I would have struggled even more so my cash flow wasn’t affected too much with the time I had off. I actually feel lucky to have them as a team working with me going forward. Great team. Thanks everyone!
