I bought a Bic lighter. It was leaking lighter fluid from the bottom seam. I got burnt on my nose and hair. Then the flame followed the fluid to the bottom of the lighter and I threw down the lighter. This all happened very fast. I contacted Bic, they said to send them the lighter. When they saw the bottom of the lighter was burnt they claimed there was an outside fire source. I explained it to them and they dismissed me. I've been on fire before, this has brought the nightmares back. I had to cut my beautiful hair short. Bic doesn't care about their products and the safety of their users.
