Terrible company with no customer service...bought a pack of White Out Ez correct, one is defective and the second one does not look better. This product is poorly made of cheap plastic made in China...with no screw for rolling up the white band...Wrote a claim to BIC and their answer is to explain me how to use correctly their item!!!If I still want a refund, I need to mail the damaged items.
