I purchased a Cloud 9 seat from them because I saw there was a 30 day return policy. The delivery was fast, and the seat was great looking, and had a great feel to it. However the nose of the seat was too long for me and it made it very difficult to get off the seat and off the bike. I contacted them for a refund, got a refund number and packed everything up in the original packaging. Post office weighs it, measures it and “WHAT” $27.50 to ship it back. I paid $54.95 for the seat so I only get half my money back. I do not like this one bit.
