We moved from Bloemfontein, South Africa, to Brisbane, Australia, in October 2021, and Biddulphs collected our things that same week.Biddulphs was absolutely useless with our container. Not only did it take more than a year for us to get our container, but there was a box missing and Biddulphs made it as inconvenient as possible to claim our insurance. Also, the insurance they sold us for R2200 was worthless, so it didn't even pay out.Things were bad from the start because a few months into the process they asked for an additional R6000 because of 'unforeseen costs' - which should not be the customer's problem.I hate them and would not recommend that anyone use them.
