after taking on this agency to take over my only method of advertising, Google Ads did the proverbial hit the fan and untangled everything I built up on my own. Please read this and contact me at admin @ sethcodoorstore . Co . Uk should anyone require all of the stats and negligence carried out in the short time of 4 weeks. Bidnamic Brought the house down in a blaze of flames. Ruined everything. I did everything I could as a person with 6 members of staff all reliant on an income to save jobs and suppliers I built up credibility and spent in excess of £3m with in 2 years. £3 million!!!! Let that sink in, from a start up with £50 in the bank in 2017/18 to spending over £3 million and fulfilling 20’000 customer orders predominantly those who found us through the Google ads platform. Our forecast for 2022 was £3 million sales. From £2 million the year before. That first month bidnamic were granted access we did just shy of £18’000 in sales.. from just short of £13’000 spend, a whopping 78% spend against turnover and a £201’000 loss from the month before that and £220’000 loss from the January of 2022. My ads spend against turnover was consistent for 11 months prior at 9%. Even if Bidnamic came in and did nothing other than just stared at the screen and current performance they could have took credit on maintaining the 9% spend agajnst turnover and would have been paid a monthly retainer for it!!! The impact from the catastrophic work on MY Google ads account was unrecoverable as previously mentioned in emails and previous reviews which have gone completely unacknowledged. This had then caused the domino effect and since then it’s never recovered and we are where we are today because of it. I should have shut the business down legally, and had done with it. But I didn’t, I fought and tried everything possible to restore it. Took out business loans to try and recover, I continued to pay the staff for months and tried to restore supply lines. The train derailed and crashed!!! Mental health deteriorated, my personal affairs fell apart, my life ruined as were of those around me. My business has never been or will be the same again and my reputation in tatters. All because of one business decision I’ll have to live with and pay for the rest of my life to pay off its debts. I have worked 7 day weeks 20 hour days for 4 years to try and find a way back but because of your terrible decision Making causing my revenue streams to stop and kill my cash flow and company forecasts caused my suppliers to lose all faith and stop supplying a small family run business who was performing really well. Over 15000 orders we had pulled in prior to giving you the work. £2.1 million pound sales in the 12 months prior. Constant monthly takings in excess of £190’000. For you to then achieve £18’000!!! Machine learning they called it!!!! They had 4 years of data to use. Honestly from my experience, I would not give this company £1 of your budgets. Please stay away. Give your £1 to the next homeless person you walk past in your local towns. You will feel better for it and it won’t ruin your life like it has mine. You all have my email address above.
