So where do i start. I received the 2 products i paid for. The problem i had was that it took 3 months, with no guarantee that i would ever receive them. A simple fix would be to inform the customer before they paid, that the products were not in stock, and would have to be sourced, which could take up to ... weeks / months. Manage peoples expectations and don't leave them sitting there wondering if they have been scammed. Personally, i had credit card companies ready to reverse the transaction when the excuses started to repeat... being sourced, stuck in customs, in transit, ready to be sent. Don't get me wrong, i am very happy with the items i received, but the experience has left me very hesitant to ever purchase again. If the company changes how they present their auctions, and manage their customer service better, i may reconsider. However, i doubt i will pay for a valuation, or for express shipping, as i received neither of these.
