Lack of care for tenants and poor service.

The company shows little regard for its tenants. Even the surveys seem designed to manipulate residents. When repairs are finally addressed, they opt for the cheapest and often poorly executed solutions. The increasing rent prices are excessive compared to the quality of the homes offered. Communication is virtually nonexistent, with area managers and some employees being rude and unhelpful. However, there are a few outstanding staff members who respond when media coverage or involvement from officials is mentioned. Trash has been left in my complex for over a month, attracting rodents, which the company seems indifferent to. There aren't enough parking spaces for tenants, and those designated for disabled parking do not meet the necessary standards. When I raised concerns about parking, one employee suggested I park in the village, despite my severe health issues. Additionally, they prohibit electric vehicle charging. The properties are equipped with outdated storage heating that costs over £200 monthly to operate, and the company refuses to explore alternative options. They show no interest in environmental concerns or the impact of carbon footprints. In summary, the rent increases are unjustified given the quality of the properties.
