Ordered their highly promoted HW10Pro smartwatch online.I complained about some of the features/difficulties with this watch. After taking about 2 weeks to arrive, I complained via email to Customer Services about some claimed features of this watch that I didn't see or were difficult. No one has replied to my emails!! Here are the features I found difficult or were poor-1. The round plastic charger does not stay in place, is not magnetic so constantly needs to be re positioned.2. The display faces are very poor and cheap looking. Most do not look good and do not display the information I want to see daily.3. The Apps are not easy to find. 4. I could not find the blood sugar level monitor app in here which I saw in their promo Ad. 5. The one small paper instruction sheet is not very useful. To make it easier for each Feature there should be an App icon next to it so the user can connect the feature to the App in the watch. Plus the instructions don’t say anything about how to charge the watch!! In short it was not the quality that I expected from seeing the fancy Ads. I asked for a refund within 7 days of receiving it. So far NO response to my emails!I can only conclude this is another Facebook marketing scam!
