Where do I even begin? This team completely messed up my windows. They denied everything despite me providing photographic evidence. During the initial discussions and survey, there was no mention of the trickle vents being noisy. When we raised concerns about the noise, they dismissed my partner with technical jargon. The noise is just one of several issues. On the first installation, they put the wrong window in the bathroom—clear instead of frosted—which was a major problem. On the second day, while installing a window downstairs, they cracked a glass pane! On the third day, they finally replaced the bathroom window with the correct frosted one. I was considering purchasing bifold doors from them, but after this experience, that's out of the question. They left my new room covered in stains from sealant, sand, and cement, and they used my ladder without cleaning up afterward. I trusted them while I was at work, and coming home to this was infuriating. Ultimately, I instructed my partner to demand a full refund and to remove all the windows because I was that upset. My advice is to steer clear and not be swayed by their management's smooth talk. It's been difficult to sleep since the installation, and I'm calling an independent engineer to investigate the noise issue. After that, I'll pursue this further. Right now, I'm just wiping condensation off the inside of the windows I paid a good amount for six months ago. It's laughable, otherwise, I might lose my mind.
