I visited the store in West Valley City today to get a support for my ankle, the young girl that waited on me didn't know exactly what to recommend so she said that she would get the manager. The manager (Eric) came right over and couldn't help me enough. I'm 77 years old and have never in my life been treated so good. That was the 1st time that I have been in a Big 5 store and I'll guarantee you it won't be the last time. Someone in your company needs to call and praise Eric for working for Big 5.
