I've attended two classes now. Initially reluctant to go due to the cold January weather, I left both sessions feeling exhilarated! My coordination isn't great, and I'm not extremely fit, but I truly enjoyed it. The instructor is very engaging and supportive, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere!
