The excercise was easily accessible on line, the notifications were on time and the excerises were easy to follow.But the best thing was Sarah herself, her enthusiasm and passion for health and fitness is so apparent even through a webcam. She is an absolute star! I have recommended BB AND LB to many friends and family members, even though I am no longer attending the classes due to ill health.
