I've attended two classes so far, and honestly, I hesitated to go to either due to the chilly January weather. However, I left both sessions feeling energized! Despite my lack of coordination and fitness, I enjoyed every moment. The instructor is incredibly charismatic and motivating, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere!
