My account was closed with accusations of “multiple accounts,” yet no clear evidence was ever provided (no second account ID, no email, no logs). Even more concerning, the operator officially claimed that my last deposit had been refunded. However, I never received any funds, and no TXID, transaction reference, or proof of refund was ever provided despite multiple requests. I contacted support several times, escalated the matter to the licensing authority, and submitted all requested documents from my side.
