I originally reached out to support because point for a couple games weren’t registering at all and I was hopeful because I got a response back almost immediately saying they would look into the issue but I haven’t gotten anything back since. I have since reached out atleast 5-10 times at this point over the past 3 weeks after my verification was rejected for no reason to have it reset so I could resubmit it or something but I have yet to get any response from any of my emails and that is what the FAQ tell you to do.
