I have the messaging them all week to get an issue fixed that has yet to been fixed and I have messaged the multiple times about different things and they refuse to respond to an offer that was paying the highest for Monopoly and it was the 7-day streak. It ended today and I have completed it days ago. Wasn't credited and getting a response back to get help has been impossible. I tried to open a ticket yet it isn't on there too. Support says to open a ticket but doesn't respond when I let them know I can't. This is frustrating and if anyone uses these type of apps regularly then you would know that Monopoly is one of the highest paying ones. I held off until I found one that paid instantly for offers and I started Monopoly and now I have missed out on one of the highest paying bonuses. Angry is a understatement and tbh I'm probably done using them. There's scrambly. Freecash. Drumo. My free app and many other options but I chose bigcash web and now regret it. Thanks I guess.
