I have literally spent a lot of hours and hundreds of dollars on doing tasks for them to not even credit me the full amount of points when I’ve completed them. I got less than what I was suppose to get and they didn’t even give me my cashback offer tasks that clearly show as completed. I mentioned this twice and was completely ignored both times. Ive got one cash out and I did receive that, then when I went to do more they completely disappeared from my cash out history and now no one is answering emails now. It’s very unprofessional. Why have individuals do these tasks and do them correctly and then pick and choose which of the tasks you want to credit. That is so wrong and I don’t appreciate it. If I knew that this was going to be the case then I would’ve never spent a single dollar doing any of the tasks. It’s wrong of you all to have someone spend their personal money and time doing these tasks if you all aren’t going to fulfill your end of the platform. Bad way to run a platform. If this gets fixed, I will rate better but until then it’s a 0 star for me. At this point I’m going to contact the FTC to resolve this problem since I’m getting no response from them.
