When I first started Big Cash it was phenomenal. I was pretty impressed. I was making money, there were great incentives, everything was as it should be according to the requirements, levels etc. I started making more money and that's when suddenly my games weren't tracking. Nothing on my end changed. It got to the point I had to email support every time I hit a point to be rewarded. I have them the benefit of the doubt because even though very much delayed I did get the rewards. I wasn't going to write this review until I completed a pretty big step and after I sent the email to support, everything on that game as far as the requirements and the payout was changed. I play tons of games. If I have to contact support I always take screenshots showing my exact level, issue or what's missing. I have the screenshots to prove myself. I sent another email informing them just how dirty it was and that I had proof the requirements were changed. I receive an email 5 minutes later from support saying "added", no more no less and my points were then added. Big Cash had a great thing going for them, until I saw and experienced just how untrustworthy they are. It's disheartening but I'm glad I saw the truth.
