My experience with BigCash Web has been really disappointing. Their customer service, in my opinion, is terrible, I reached out several times and never received a helpful response, or any response at all. It feels like there’s no one actually there to assist when something goes wrong.What made it even more frustrating is that I wasn’t able to cash out because they require identity verification. I’m a minor, so I can’t complete that process. What confused me is that their terms say the platform is for users 13 and older, but the verification system still blocks younger users from cashing out. It would’ve been nice if support explained this clearly instead of leaving me completely in the dark.Overall, the lack of communication and mixed expectations made the whole experience feel like a waste of time.
