Been a user for a while now, started off good. Then I started having problems being credited, the customer service is HORRIBLE so I left a bad review. The owner reached out to help which is good. Found out he was only willing to help for a GOOD review. I gave one, the problems continued and at that point once I reached out again. Nothing. So basically I only got help for a good review. So I changed the review to 1 star and now basically I receive no help even though I spend cash in their games. If I don't receive credit, I reach out and get NO response. Be careful dealing with these people. Once you start having issues you might as well move on because they will NOT assist you and if the do respond it'll be days after the fact.
