Update: It has been over the 14 days and not only has the account not been "released" but they have not responded to any emails over the past week. I have used and enjoyed their site for over a year. I recently put my mom onto the site to make extra money. Last time she tried to cash out $35 and it got cancelled and her account was negative 150,000 coins. Support helped fix it after a few days. She just tried to cash out $100 and it happened again. She messaged support and the founder of bigcashweb. The founder said the advertisers put her account on hold (after cashing out the coins they paid) then falsely accused her of abusing cash back offers and not playing and progressing in games. Said to keep playing for 14 days even though the account is negative and can't earn anymore coins. They cancelled the cash out, took the leftover coins from the account, then accused her of abusing the offers provided by the games in order to earn coins. Horrible, unprofessional and rude. There's no way they reached out to the advertisers that already approved and paid the coins per offer and was told that they were no longer going to pay because she wasn't playing their game enough. Disgusting, and to say to play for the next 14 days without earning coins?!?! Disgusting!
