Edit: I sent an email to the one provided below on 10/29 and they emailed back today 10/30 and I am now able to cash out!! I look forward to continuing to earn money on this website and referring my friends! BigCash web was good until it wasn’t. It was super easy to earn money and everything was so quick and customer support was amazing but then all of sudden my cash out requests started getting denied and then stopped altogether. I messaged customer support MULTIPLE times and could never get a response so I decided to message from another email and they replied literally within the hr so I replied back and then they stopped messaging. So I messaged AGAIN from another email and they replied quick AGAIN. But after no response 😩 I wish I could upload screenshots for proof
