I've been using Bigcashweb and right after my first cash out have had problems since. I have contacted them multiple times about missing rewards and missing referral rewards as well. I have not received any response, other than the same emails asking for my "unique code" that I have replied with over and over. And still cant get what I've earned. For this poor customer service I give 2 stars. I can refer so many people but because I haven't even been compensated for the first referral. I wont be referring anymore.
