First my account had tracking problems for large rewards, then it was hit with the negative balance bug that's been affecting people. The negative balance did get fixed, but I have sent multiple e-mails to support about the tracking problems and they haven't given a single word of response on it.Overall the website seems to have some pretty serious bugs/glitches, and it can be hard to get a response from support.
