I've been waiting two weeks for two cash outs that I likely will never see. They insist they've already been "paid," but I never got the emails to claim them. After finally hearing back from the fifth support representative, they claimed the payouts were sent via emails I've never seen. I certainly didn't provide them with any email for sending my payouts! This experience has been disappointing. While it's nice to earn points quickly, it’s pointless if the promised payouts never arrive. I recommend sticking with more reliable options.
